6 Session ADHD Coaching
Over 6 sessions we work together to identify your goals and put together a plan to breakdown the goals into manageable steps, as well as identify strategies that work for your ADHD profile.
Individual Session Followup
If you need accountability, or extra sessions to process or understand your unique strengths and challenges, you can book 25 minute follow up sessions.

Examples of types of programs:
- Routine Building (need to build up consistency? Start an exercise routine? Build up a new habit? This program is a great place to start!)
- Quitting a Habit (Need help to quit smoking? Decrease how often you eat out? Decrease your screen time? This program is a great place to start!)
- Time Management Skills (meeting deadlines/due dates, getting to work or class on time, building and developing a schedule.
- Organization Skills (working together to find systems that keep you organized)
- Emotional Regulation Skills (help to figure out the cause, identify calming strategies, build long term resilience
