Description
This is a six-session program designed to help you to identify your goals and develop a plan to meet those goals. Do you need to with time management? Let’s start there. Do you need help identifying systems for organization? Let’s do that? We will work together over several weeks to put a plan in place and how to monitor that plan. Here is a overview of the sessions:
- Prior to Session one: Complete all forms via Jane
- Session one: I will go over the assessment with you and ask some follow-up questions. I will ask you for some specific examples on what you are struggling with and what your goals are.
- Between Session one and two: I will develop a plan based on your goals
- Session two: We will go over the report and you can ask questions. We will go over your ADHD profile together and We will talk about the first steps of implementing the plan.
- Session three: At the beginning of the meeting will check in based on the plan. Will ten work on putting together systems that will help with some of the executive functioning challenges. Talk about taking data on elements of your plan
- Session four and five: Check-in on how you’re feeling, discuss the goal and discuss how the goal is progressing. Discuss any barriers to data collection. Discuss the resources implemented previously.
- Session six: review the previous 5 sessions and discuss thoughts about next steps and recommendations.
